Scan-to-BIM has become a game changer for the industry, offering a highly accurate way to create BIM models or digital representations of both historic and existing buildings. We have successfully initiated several projects in Revit to generate the BIM model out of a point cloud with billions of data points, collected with 2mm precision by the Surveyors. ADS has delivered several projects using raw survey data like IMP files to Revit and Bentley AECOsim compatible PTS and PCG file format cloud data.
